The Critical Care Center at Loma Linda University Health is firmly committed to demonstrating our shared values of compassion, integrity, and excellence when caring for those with life-threatening conditions that require intensive medical and surgical management.
The Critical Care Center includes the Medical, Surgical, Neuro-Multidisciplinary, Cardio-Thoracic, and satellite (East Campus and Surgical Hospital) Intensive Care Units. The units are home to intensive clinical care, transformative higher education, and ground-breaking research.
Bedside care is provided by intensivist attending physicians, critical care nurses, residents and other advanced practice providers, as well as clinical pharmacists, respiratory care providers, nutritionists, physical therapists, and sub-specialty physician consultants. Each has advanced training in the holistic care of the critically ill patient and their family. Both at the bedsides of our patients and on the global stage of critical care education and research, the Critical Care Center is dedicated to consistently providing the highest quality care for the most critically ill.
